This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we handle information gathered online at www.completetacticalconsultants.com (“Website”), by phone, in person, and through our training, courses, certifications, memberships, events, store, Click Funnels lead pages, and customer support services. This Policy does not apply to other websites, even if accessed through links on the Website.
Complete Tactical Consultants also operates lead and information sites, including www.leotraining.us and www.tapforagencies.com. Information you submit on those sites is covered by the privacy policy posted on each site.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop SMS messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your use of our services and your interests.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Legal compliance. We follow applicable federal and state communication laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. We may still send account, order, and administrative emails.
Sharing Information With Third Parties

We share information with providers that help us run the business, such as Website hosting, payment processing (for example Authorize.Net and PayPal), email delivery, SMS messaging, ClickFunnels lead pages, analytics, advertising measurement, and training or course platforms. Instructors and training partners. When a course or event is delivered by an outside instructor or partner, we may share the enrollment and attendance information they need to deliver it.
Advertising and analytics partners. The tools listed under Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies receive device and usage information. Some states may treat this as “sharing” for targeted advertising; see Your Choices and Rights.
Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information to comply with laws, court orders, or lawful government requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Complete Tactical Consultants, our clients, or others; or in connection with a merger, sale, or similar transaction as permitted by law.

Community Features, Waivers, Affiliates, and Fitness Tools
Community profiles. If you create a member profile or join groups, your name, photo, profile details, and posts may be visible to other members. Do not post information you want kept private.
